Adrienne Elizabeth Wiggins-Metcalf, MD

Description

Dr. Adrienne Wiggins-Metcalf joined MUSC Women's Health as an obstetrician gynecologist in 2021. She was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, then moved to Huntsville, Alabama, where she attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in chemistry. She then moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where she earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her residency at MUSC.Dr. Wiggins-Metcalf is excited about and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. Her clinical interests include the pregnancy, vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, adolescent gynecology, and contraception and family planning.
